Hi, I'm Nancy Feldman. I'd like to tell you about my law firm, to see if I can help you with your legal arrangements and questions.

My background is financial services, including, for the past 20 years, Wills, trusts, medical directives, powers of attorney, probate, estate and trust administration, and the passing down of family property and businesses. I also provide family-law services, including prenuptials and other marital and partnership agreements, house sharing, and collaborative divorce.

My practice covers Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia, and I represent individuals, families, and organizations.

As part of the process, I am happy to coordinate with your accountant, financial advisor, insurance agent or other professionals if you so desire, to ensure that your wishes are carried out in a consistent manner.

After our work is accomplished, I am available to meet with your young beneficiaries and your appointees (executor, trustee) to explain the basics and address their questions and concerns.
